The John Carr Memorial Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing education and training to amateur sports officials in the United States. We work hard to honor John's legacy and are excited to have this opportunity to honor him. This foundation was conceptualized and formed by some of John's best friends and was formed with the goal of remembering a larger than life man who truly always looked to put others before himself.
